2015 Dispatchers Stress Survey


The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and San José State University have partnered to conduct an electronic survey on the Effects of Stress on 9-1-1 Call-takers and Dispatchers. The survey focuses on the 400+ primary Public Safety Answering Points in the State of California.

This survey will run for 30 days and begins August 15, 2015. More information and links will be provided closer to the start date. NAPCO will post the link for the survey as soon as it is made public. Check www.NAPCO.org after the 15th for the updated information.
