The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and San Jose State University have partnered to conduct an electronic survey on the Effects of Stress on 9-1-1 Call-takers and Dispatchers. The survey focuses on the 400+ primary Public Safety Answering Points in the State of California.
This survey will run for 30 days and begins August 15, 2015.
- The direct link to the survey is: https://sjsu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2awFwY1skNbyPFr
- The password (case sensitive) is: Longmire
- The survey is mobile friendly. You can take it on your smart phone!
- If you get interrupted and close the page, the survey will remember your place for 4- hours. After that you have to start all over.
- The survey is for primary PSAPS (law enforcement or combined only if they dispatch police as well)
- The survey closes 9/15/15
Please provide this information to anyone working in a primary PSAP – the more dispatchers that complete the survey the better!
