Annette Roja, dispatch supervisor for Fairfield PD, will be hosting a roundtable discussion at our September 2014 chapter meeting. She is working on her RPL certificate and this will fulfill a requirement for her class.

Wireless 9-1-1 Hangups: Creating a Common Policy
Annette Rojo from the Fairfield Police Department will be presenting on proposing a common policy addressing the loss of time for both patrol and dispatch responding to wireless hangups. She wants a discussion that will bring awareness and show that policies can be put in place to combat those events while still providing customer service and police response.
