Volunteering is a great way to give back to the organization and get discounted, or free, conference registration.
Guidelines for volunteer registrations:
Sign up for 4 hours of volunteer time during the conference, and you can register for 1 full day conference pass. Sign up for 8 hours and receive a full conference pass. All days, all classes, free of charge just for volunteering 8 hours.
We’re using VolunteerSpot (the leading online signup and reminder tool) to organize all of our volunteers.
Here’s how it works in 4 easy steps:

- Enter your email address: (You will NOT need to register an account on VolunteerSpot)
- Sign up! Choose your spots – VolunteerSpot will send you an automated confirmation and reminders.
- A short time after completing your volunteer sign ups, and based on your volunteer time, you will receive a special invite to register for the conference.
Note: VolunteerSpot does not share your email address with anyone. If you prefer not to use your email address, please contact me and I can sign you up manually. If you plan on volunteering, volunteer first, and wait for the registration email. Refunds can not be given for those who register first, and volunteer second.
