OnStar’s Emergency Services are best known for their role as a vital link between motorists and 9-1-1 centers during emergencies such as Automatic Crash Response and vehicle location assistance technologies. But are you up to date on their latest technologies and innovations to help public safety?
We will be in the New University Union. It is requested that you park in Lot B, directly across the street from the building. Please print out a parking pass and be sure to display it on your dash during your time at the meeting.

Don’t Miss the Annual Northern California APCO Awards Luncheon!
Please join us in honoring our own local Heroes of Northern California on Wednesday, October 9th at the beautiful Lighthouse at Glen Cove Marina in Vallejo, California.
An abbreviated Chapter Meeting is scheduled starting at 10 AM. The Awards Luncheon will begin at 11:30 AM and conclude by 1:00 PM.
San Francisco Fire Department (Ret.)
Assistant Chief Tom Siragusa is a 42-year veteran of the fire service and recently retired as an Assistant Chief with the San Francisco Fire Department. He served as a firefighter in 1976-77 with the California Department of Forestry in Middletown, California. He was a Firefighter/Paramedic with the San Rafael (CA) Fire Department from 1980-82. He has spent most of his career with the SFFD in the South of Market and Mission Districts of San Francisco. Tom was the Director of Training for the SFFD from 2004-2009. He served as the Deputy Chief of Operations from July 2011 – February 2012. He is a California state certified fire instructor and a chief officer level instructor for high-rise operations, multi-alarm incidents and ICS for hazardous materials incidents.
