Our Keynote speaker will be Debbie Johnson, Founder and CEO of Without Permission. The Without Permission mission is to create a working model for the community to follow in the battle for social justice as it relates to the evil of human trafficking in their local cities. Without Permission is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works in the battle to end sex trafficking through prevention awareness training as well as support survivors in their restoration process.
Debbie has collaborated with people in key leadership positions that share her commitment to serve first responders of law enforcement, social services, educators and medical staff. She has become a powerful force of justice. She has spearheaded the discussion to end the culture of human trafficking in the Central Valley. Her team has served over 100 victims of sex trafficking. Without Permission has impacted hundreds of law enforcement officers and tens of thousands of community members through awareness training.
