FirstNet has announced the first FirstNet User Group Roundtable. Their goal is to support public safety stakeholders and provide a professional development environment for FirstNet and perspective users. During the roundtable, the FirstNet Authority & AT&T will receive input directly from stakeholders regarding sales, devices, customer service, coverage, and other stakeholder needs and issues. This is not a sales event.
AT&T will have a Lead Market Development Manager available to identify new technical solutions and potential site sharing opportunities. Ret. Chief Kim Zagaris will serve as the Western Fire Chiefs Assn. representative. The FirstNet Authority will serve as staff and capture stakeholder data and feedback to support network development and improvements.
