The NAPCO webpage has been recently updated to include news regarding the California State 9-1-1 Advisory Board.
On May 2, 2013, Chuck Berdan was appointed by Governor Brown to serve as the APCO representative for California on the State 9-1-1 Advisory Board. Earlier in the year, by a joint decision by both APCO chapters of California, Chuck was selected to replace the current appointee, Lisa Hoffman, as her term was up.
As NAPCO continues to be more pertinent to the lives of Public Safety communicators, including dispatchers, and not just technical and regulatory personnel, we have created a landing page where updates from the advisory board can be found and where you can also contact the current appointee if needed.
