The Northern California Chapter of APCO International expresses it’s condolences to the family and fellow officers of Kevin Tonn. Officer Tonn was shot and killed while struggling with a burglary suspect on the night of Tuesday, January 15 in Galt, CA. Officer Tonn was part of the K-9 unit, and a 3 1/2 year veteran of the force.
