The CPUC’s Communications Division assists the CPUC in developing and implementing policies to promote universal access to broadband services, protecting consumers, and addressing regulatory changes required by state and federal legislation.
Mr. Dulin currently serves as Deputy Director for California 9-1-1 Emergency Communications Division at the California Technology Agency.
