State 911 Telephone Funding Questionnaire (SETNA)


The state 911 Emergency Communications Division has arranged for a meeting between the NAPCO Board of Directors and 911 Division Management.  The purpose of this meeting is to solicit input and recommendations, from NAPCO and its members,  as it pertains to the proposed changes to the state 911 telephone account (SETNA).

These proposed changes are intended to align the current policies and practice with the Warren-911 Emergency  Assistance Act and emergency telephone user surcharge account.

However the State of California is open to receiving constructive feedback about the proposed changes.   Please use this survey as a means of providing that feedback.
