The State 9-1-1 Office has proposed significant changes to a number of policies and procedures related to PSAP funding and reimbursement. The 9-1-1 Office requested stakeholder feedback on those proposed changes. All comments are due to the state by February 25, 2013. Since California has two APCO chapters, this notice is meant for both of them.
Comments can be sent to the Chapter nominated representative, Chuck Berdan. Alternatively, you may email Lisa Hoffmann, the currently serving representative for APCO to the State 9-1-1 Advisory Board.
