The number of in-building emergency responder communication systems being installed within new and existing buildings is increasing. These systems are complex and can negatively impact existing public safety radio systems if not installed and maintained correctly. This training and roundtable discussion will bring together stakeholders from public safety agencies, radio system operators and industry leaders to discuss current trends and standards related to these systems.

- Are there systems being installed that are unnecessary and interfering with public safety radio systems?
- Regional coordination on standards and the plan review process.
- What are the necessary qualifications to review and inspect these complex systems.
- Roundtable discussion.
