On June 2, 2025 the FCC issued Public Notice DA 25-463 extending the deadline 30 days for incumbent licensees in the 4.9 GHz band to provide granular data regarding their existing operations. Licensees now have until July 9, 2025 to file granular data to convert their existing PA radio service code licenses to either PF radio service code for fixed point-to-point systems, or PB radio service code for fixed-mobile systems.
