The Constitution and Bylaws Committee has proposed the following resolutions to amend the Chapter Bylaws and Policy Manual. These amendments were presented to the general membership on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at the Monthly Chapter Meeting held in Mountain View, California. These amendments will be voted on and ratified during the Monthly Chapter Meeting to be held on September 10, 2026 in Lathrop, California.
